My only complaint was that our room was too hot at night (24 degrees) and the AC was turned off for the season, so could not cool down. Hotel staff opened the window on our second night, which helped a little. The concierge for left luggage is rarely there so we ended up having to take our luggage ourselves. The reception staff were of no help. The only drawback was the staffs' English skill. This is the issue everywhere you go in China though. Great breakfast and night buffet.
