Awesome!! We stayed at a local 3 star hotel for 2 nights before transferring here for the week and the difference is so drastic and we couldn’t be happier!! Service is impeccable - front line staff are very personable and genuinely cares about your well being and comfort. We look forward to breakfasts daily. Pillow + Bed are very comfortable. There’s a shuttle bus schedule to Futian Market at 9 and 11am but even if you just take a cab there everyday is very cheap and convenient :) just a very short distance away. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is very comfortable. This time we visited the spa which is operated independly on the 26th floor (Rose Land Spa) but they do have advertising in the rooms and foyers for the spa. The cost for 90 minutes was 780RMB which is OVER THE TOP expensive for china. The massage was terrible and lasted for 70 minutes. When i questioned the girl she just argued about the time. We demanded to speak to the spa manager who just wanted all her money and wasnt interested in anything else. There didn't seem to be any eating places within walking distance though. The hotel breakfast was excellent with Chinese and Western choices. The Halloween buffet dinner was also excellent.
