### Stonewall - 4 bedroom, pet-friendly home

You will be toasty warm with heat transfer into each room, Double glazed windows & electric shutters for extra insulation and security.  
  
The master bedroom is particularly special with its large spacious design, a sitting area to relax and wind down, a walk-in robe & a modern designed ensuite bathroom.  
  
The home offers a roomy lounge area with reverse cycle heating/cooling, to keep you warm on those long winter nights, polished Bamboo floorboards, a view of the backyard & a large wooden entertaining deck.  
  
Please note there is a wood fireplace and a start-up kit of wood is supplied if you run out, wood is available to buy at the service stations  
  
The kitchen has been tastefully renovated and offers a modern contemporary design with plenty of space to move around.

The house has 3 stairs to the front door and is then all on one level.  
  
Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, can not be changed.  
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed & 2 x single beds with Ensuite  
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed & 1 x single bed  
Bedroom 3: 4 x Single beds  
Bedroom 4: 1 x Double bed  
  
 Pets are welcome although outside only. A large fenced yard offers plenty of space for your pet to roam around. Limit of ONE dog unless by a prior written arrangement. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if dogs are inside or there are noise complaints.
