Cosy. 2 minutes drive to town. Very handy. Only annoyance was part of package was dedicated numbered car park and another car often parked in "our" spot. Tricky as driveway steep and curved so had to park on road and walk up. Tried to contact agent about it. Otherwise all we needed as we were off at 7.30 to get to Perisher car park.
