Welcome to this stunning brand new build in Rawson Street located within easy access to The Barry Way leading to the Snowy Mountains.   
  
Every detail to provide comfort for you stay has been thought about when designing these homes. The open plan living has gourmet kitchen with coffee machine, smart TV and free Wi-Fi and leads out to the undercover patio with BBQ, firepit and landscaped backyard. Ducted heating with with individual room control keeps everyone comfortable all year round and all tiled bathrooms and laundry has underfloor heating.   
  
The main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes, wall mounted TV and ensuite, bedroom two with a queen bed and bedroom three with two sets of king single bunks and build in robes. The stylish bathrooms have heated floors with the main boasting a bath tub to relax in after a long day of adventures in the mountains.   
  
A single lock up garage with extra space in driveway for parking, drying cupboard for your ski equipment, full laundry facilities with extra toilet and entrance with hooks and shelving all make your stay feel like home.
