The room was very lovely and clean. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance from Black Tiger Springs. Our room had beautiful views of Jinan’s main city square park Quancheng Plaza. Mr. Xu at the front desk was super attentive and nice, and went out of his way to make sure we get all the help we needed. Yifan Wang and Ricky Wang at the concierge were also very helpful and pleasant. The lacking element related to the lack of English speaking employees, and the overly convoluted procedures established by management (want to use the pool, need a head cap. Want to buy a head cap and charge to room , need to call front desk who can’t figure it out, etc..).
