Everything is old, dirty floors/carpet stained, filthy. Run down elevators. Run down room (I got a king suite!) mold in the shower. The ceiling is disgusting (I slept wrapped in my own blanket with my head and feet tucked in) . Couch and chair in the living room, horrible. Friendly staff though.

I wish I knew this hotel was here. We’ve been coming to Memphis for the Frank Horton race for the last four years. This hotel was so clean and so quiet. We were just amazed by how quiet it was. It’s in a safe area. The staff was so nice as we were leaving a young man held open the door for us. So appreciated.
