Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and kept very clean, however it is an older property and the finish wasn’t to the standard you would expect in a more modern building so this is a place for people who appreciate a bit of character where they stay. Was noisy sometimes at night as the old doors and windows do little to muffle the sound of other guests and people outside. Breakfast was a good selection and the location super convenient with tram and bus stops only a minute away. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot.

Very clean and modern. Great amenities and location. Got a street view room on the 4th floor. Great view and ambience. Close to many restaurants. A few minute walk south is the dancing house and a few minute north is old town.
