Overall our stay was excellent. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The room service, maintenance, laundry service were all very satisfactory. he communication was a bit of a problem, but we did manage. The massage service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was quite filling. The only complaint we have is about guests not following "No Smoking" rule. They were found to be smoking in non-smoking rooms. The heating of the room could not be adjusted so we had to keep one window open to let the cold air come in. The hotel is located in a very centrally located area.
