The man on reception was super helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out until we had to get our train. This is on the quieter part of the lake, but that's what we wanted. We didn't take the breakfast option.

Smoking was allowed everywhere. When arriving at the hotel a conference was apparently on break. There were 20+ people smoking right outside the main entrance and every guest entering or exiting the hotel had to walk through clouds of smoke.
