The room smelled of smoke and damp, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable from the start. We waited more than two hours to check in despite arriving after the standard check‑in time, and front desk staff refused to contact a manager, explaining it was Easter Sunday. The food is closer to a roadside diner or basic motel buffet than a hotel restaurant, and although the waiting staff try their best, we ended up eating bread with cheese and deli meat for most meals. Overall, this feels like a once‑decent 3‑star hotel that has gone downhill, and the great location does not make up for the state of the rooms, the poor dining, and the indifferent service; I would recommend staying elsewhere."
