"El Hotel está súper cómodo y limpio , lo q No me gustó fue que en la habitación el servicio de TV no funcionó (no había canales disponibles para ver ,estaba completamente sin servicio) y el deseyuno no fue bueno."

"Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The manager was rude and said he would offer us a free Starbucks. We explained that we were there for a wedding that started in 2 hours and needed to get ready. He said that we could use the public restroom in the hotel. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and try to check in again. When we went back there was a 30 minute line. As rewards members with Marriott, we will not be staying here again. "

"My room was not in good shape at all. It had a smell to it , the chair was in awful condition torn, very dirty I couldn’t even sit in it. I was visiting family and I wanted to have them over to swim in the pool and it was cloudy and green! The cabinet door that had the refrigerator in it was sprung. The shades on the lamps were in poor condition! I requested my room to be cleaned to remove the trash and it was never done the four nights I was there.I would not stay at this hotel again."

"It looked like there was feces smeared across the bathroom wall. We didn’t pay attention to it until we were leaving the morning after our stay and I was too grossed out to take a photo. Room 220."

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location ideal for our visit. We went for the annual Toad Suck Daze 5k with a large group. My only negative is that they start breakfast too late for anyone running in the race. They did compromise by offering us cold items, which was appreciated, but you'd think they would anticipate race attendees on this one day every year and have breakfast ready a bit earlier."
