The house was in a tranquil setting and you could walk right down to the water of the beautiful calm bay. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. A truly enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable large house with a nice new bathroom. Can't get a better spot right on the lake for Swimming and Fishing. Great view from the outdoor balcony. Had a great time again.
This property is much larger than appears on the photos and was incredibly clean and well appointed. The location is perfect and the view is idyllic. Thankyou!
Perfect location with basin views . Magnificent sunrise
We were a family of 4 adults and a toddler celebrating my husbands birthday. We have a boat with which we wanted to launch for a day of family fishing. The scenic view jetty was 10 mins away. The driveway had plenty of space to park the boat and our two cars.
The house was comfortable and clean, ideal for a two nigh5 stay. The deck provided space for our granddaughter to scoot around on her scooter.
Wolfgang communicated clearly and in a way that helped us feel welcome.
Magnificent sunrise!
As the date for our stay got closer we accepted that it was going to be rainy and freezing cold on the south coast for our entire 3 days. As I was taking my 80+ y.o parents I was bit worried but pleasantly surprised how warm and cosy it was for them. The gas heater doesn't take long to heat up the living area and the bedroom heater was just as good. The bedrooms were really nice and comfortable and the bathroom and toilet were brand new. We made the most of the viewing deck during the rain breaks but could admire the view from the warmth of the living room when it was pouring. For a sleepy little town the mid-week take away food scene was amazing with terrific pizza and burger options next to the pub. Had a very enjoyable winter getaway.
Kitchen had everything we needed. Gas was already onsite for the bbq. Fire pit was great. Kayak and paddle board we could use. Bikes and scooters. Games and toys for the kids, books. Everything you could think you would need on a holiday with a family was provided for and we really appreciated how kind and played back the host was.
We had a great time at this property. It is in an excellent location, being just five minutes walk from a cafe, a short drive from shops, and backs onto the water. Beware of the angry kangaroo that hangs around in the area. If it makes growling noises, do not approach it.
