"No air conditioner, no sign to hang on door, smelled like marijuana, our phone didn’t work, the tv didn’t work the 2nd day. It was ridiculous. No staff to hardly be found, room had brown stuff stained in bathroom. Also I reserved a 2 queen bed with pool side view and that was not what we got."

"It was an amazing place. We had great time. My only issue was getting up to the bed spaces. I have mobility issues and fibromyalgia so the large steps were difficult to navigate. My partner had no problem at all. We loved visiting with all the animals."
