"The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!"

"We stayed 2 nights. The host was fantastic, friendly, and took the time to prepare a delicious breakfast. The room was big and nicely decorated. The bed seemed a bit hard for my like but we are all different. The neighborhood may seem rough, but don’t get fooled by looks. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. We parked the car in the square one night and on a side street the next night with no problems at all. I would walk to the supermarket at night to get things and I always felt safe. Beach is nearby and train station within walking distance. I highly recommend this place. "

"What a truly wonderful stay!! The property was exactly as described and couldn't have offered us any more. The property was very well equipped and the pool was used every day by the children and adults alike. The veranda / seating area was used every night and offered us ample space outside to relax. Inside, the property was incredibly spacious. Our group was 17 in total but there was no feeling of being on top of each other. The communication prior to our arrival from Alejandro was second to none. He even managed to find a plumber at short notice when we thought one of the air conditioning units wasn't working. Turns out they had not realised the air conditioning unit had been switched which stopped it working properly. We had perfect weather and the fridge by the pool was also well used!!! The property is within 20 mins of Sagunto and the local beaches, as well as 15 to the local supermarkets, meaning we were always well stocked for food and drink as well!! I don't think we could have found a better holiday rental!"

"This villa was perfect for our needs. The pool, the large living space, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms, and outdoor eating and cooking area was amazing. You’re going to enjoy this home and all it’s gorgeous plants! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked! A word about the toilets: this home does not allow flushing of toilet paper so if that’s not something you’re comfortable with you should be aware. Also: you must bring your own pool towels which of course we had not done from abroad. Other than those two things - comfortable and spacious and beautiful."
