The room we chose was simple and comfortable, and nice to sleep in the traditional Korean style. Breakfast in tranquil courtyard was so special for each of the three mornings we stayed. Both are able to speak English which was why I pick the property in the first place. The Hanok is right in the village which makes my exploring of the area so convenient. Even though is in village, the Hanok is slightly away from the main street, hence it was not noisy. The breakfast prepared by Sara was superb with fruits, rice cake, toast, egg and complete with Pu'er tea! The room was small (as expected) and had a private bathroom. The room had a window allowing for air circulation and AC for when it was too hot. We didn't know when breakfast would be and left before it was prepared. I'm sure it would've been amazing, we saw the host setting up the outdoor table for guests to enjoy breakfast. The bed was a blanket on top of a raised floor, I understand that beds in South Korea are not generally squishy/comfortable but this was too hard for me. I would've loved if a foam matt had been placed under the bedroll.
