Dowon Guesthouse is the best

Dowon Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay. The Hanok is pretty, and the location is very good. Walking distance to the Hanok village. The guesthouse owner is so kind and friendly. She helped us a lot and made our stay very pleasant. I really recommend staying at this Hanok.

Hidden gem with marvelous host

What a great host! Takes good care of his guests. Maken wonderful breakfast. His guesthouse is a Hidden gem in the outskirsts of the city.

주차를 할수 있고 도보로도 한옥마을까지 갈수있어서 좋았습니다. 아이가 있다면 택시나 버스 이용하는걸 추천합니다

조식이 다양해서 좋았어요. 주차장은 따로 없지만 주인분이 게스트하우스 근처 자리를 주셔서 편하게 주차할 수 있었습니다.

사장님 너무 친절하고 조식 핵존맛 강아지 짱귀여움 너무귀여움 옆방에 남자 여자 일행들이 새벽에 엄청 시끄럽게 들어와서 술파티 벌이는소리 다들려서 너무 시끄러웠음 방음이 안된다는거 체크인할때 다 설명해줬는데 게스트하우스 이용시 주의사항이 전달안된건지 자다깨서 조용히하라고 주의줘야했음 다시한번 강조해주셨으면 함 바닥도 엄청 따뜻해서 추운날에 따뜻하게 잘잠 침구도 깨끗했음 화장실은 곰팡이자국이 좀 있었지만 지금까지 갔던 한옥게스트하우스 중에서는 깨끗한편 한옥인점을 감안하면 화장실 불편하고 방음이 약한건 어쩔수 없는 부분이라 일행들도 별로 신경안씀

인자하신 주인아저씨, 감사해요^^

주인아저씨의 차근차근 해주시는 설명과 지도를 보듯 열심히 갈곳에 대한 추천까지... 장마탓인지 두 팀뿐이라 거의 독채를 쓴 것도 모자라 웰빙 아침까지 너무 즐거웠고 좋은 추억 하나 또 만들었습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶습니다. 너무 감사했습니다.

너무나 친절하시고, 따스한 심성을 가지신 사장님의배려로 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 한옥의 정취가 물씬 풍기는 숙소, 한옥마을과 도보로 이동가능한 조용한 곳에 위치해 있어서 주변관광이 나무 편했습니다. 멋진 곳에서 추억을 잘 만들고 갑니다.

한옥마을과 조금 떨어진 거리(도보10분?)가 단점이지만 오히려 조용해서 장점이 될수도 있어요. 주차가능, 조식제공, 무엇보다 친절하신 사장님의 배려로 편리하고 편안한 일정을 보내고 왔습니다.^^

배짱이방 후기

우선 겨울에 가서그런지 방이 매우 따뜻했습니다. (발이 데일수준) 화장실이 조금 작다는것이 아쉬웠지만 그래도 10분 정도만 걸어가면 나오는 시장과 한옥마을 그리고 근접한 버스정류소가 있어서 상당히 편하게 여행을 즐겼습니다. 특히 조식으로 나온 과일과 떡은 상당히 맛있었습니다 ^^ 7명에서 가서 돈 부담은 전혀 없었습니다. 전주 여행오실때에는 이 곳을 이용하시는걸 추천드립니다 ^^

나름 괜찮은 게스트하우스입니다.

어른2+13세+7세 4명이 2박했습니다. 청개구리방에서 2박했는데 방이 작아서 살짝 아쉽기는 했어요. 2인용 이불 2개 깔고나면 여유공간이 그리 넉넉하지는 안았네요. 그리고, 화장실&욕실도 작아서 약간 불편했습니다. 그러나 나머지는 괜찮았습니다. 주인분도 친절했고, 아침 식사도 괜찮았어요. 아침으로 인절미+구운계란+바나나+포도+식빵+우유가 나왔는데, 보통 게스트하우스에서는 저렴이 식빵이 나오는데, 여기서는 비싼 식빵이 나오더군요. 이외에 포도나 인절미등도 맛있는거 봐서는 조식의 질은 좋은것 같아요. 저나 아이들이나 이틀을 맛있게 먹었네요. 욕실에도 샴푸/바스/치약/드라이기등 갖출건 전부 갖추고 있었어요. 공용서비스공간이나 방&욕실이 조금 작은게 아쉽기는 한데, 관광다니다 밤에 잠만 잘거면 괜찮을것 같아요. 주요관광지 주변이라 관광다니기도 좋구요.

안락함이 느껴지는 곳.

한옥마을에서 전주천 건너 서학동 예술인 마을 한적한 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 호스트의 뛰어난 미적 감각이 집안 곳곳에 스며들어 있습니다. 전통한옥 집은 아니고 양한옥의 적절한 조화가 돋보이는 곳. 호스트의 친절함이 따스하게 느껴지는 곳. 피곤한 여행길에 안락한 휴식을 원한다면 적극 추천합니다.
