Ok Stay
Despite the fact that the property was smoke free a couple of hours after we arrived a strong odor of cigarettes came in and stayed for the rest of our night. Location of the hotel was good.

Cheap but not too comfy
The room looked nice but was bare. It needed decorations. Also, the building was old so smoke came up through the plumbing system. The bathroom smelled like an old stale cigarette. The location is good, and cheap, but lots of broken things. The bed was lumpy. Neither of the table lamps worked. It needs some maintenance.

The service and cleanliness was good and what I expected. I was disappointed about the bed though. The bed was clean and to size, but incredibly uncomfortable. It was basically a box spring. You could feel the springs digging into you. Not a pleasant night's sleep.

Reasonable price hotel~
A staff was kind and McDonald's locates close to the hotel. But very limited car parking spaces exist in front of the hotel. The room smelt something old. By the way, the price was very reasonable.

It is not like any other four seasons. The room says no smoking but smells like smoke. The hotel is like a motel than hotel. The receptionists are nice but seems like they live there at the reception. There were garbages in the lobby and front of elevator that seems no one has cleaned. The room is very basic.

Good location, limited parking, facility needs some repairs and the bathroom is smaller even than pictured. Our room looked out to a building that was about 3 feet away... but the price point was good enough. Staff wasn't very friendly. Non smoking but the halls smells like cigarettes.

Room was dated but clean, a tight fit if you're travelling with huge suitcases. Receptionist was welcoming, check in/out process was fast and easy.

Not too great but definitely not bad, the staff is kind to give us another spare card so we can leave the hotel with one of us in the room. There were 3 of us, and one of them was too tired to leave the hotel, we left to get supper while the one in hotel can enjoy the aircon and take a shower.

Convenient location but poor service
Convenient location but room is too small for 3 person. Insufficient towels despite booking the room for a group of 3. Had to request for extra towel every day and the receptionist only gave it out after thorough checks that our booking was for a group of 3. No longer serves breakfast. Did not change bedsheets for all 5 days of our stay. Would recommend only because of the good location.

Less than KRW5,000 from the airport 😂
No frills but most comfortable. For those who want a clean and comfortable place to return for a good rest at the end of the day, Four Seasons is good. A special note besides the spaciousness, the shower head emits powerful jet of water that refreshes us each day.

Spacious and clean
It is a 4,400won cab ride from the airport. Within the vicinity are many eateries. Please don’t expect a posh hotel but one that is basic, comfortable and VERY clean despite the modest facade. The staff aren’t exactly warm like Taiwanese hotel staff but they are smiley, sincere and helpful when approached :)

Great location, room & service beyond expectation.
Great location, with bus stop to/forth Airport just in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Kettle and bottle water both provided, thus convenience.

Traditional Korean hotel
We stayed here 3 nights and it was very clean. The staff was amazing. If you are American you more than likely will be shocked as it's a little different then we are use to. Keep an open mind and this hotel is for you. The beds are hard which is normal in Korea and the bathroom has the open shower which is also normal there. It's in jeju city on a side street but close to everything. I highly recommend as this is a great budget hotel

Hotel is small but really beautiful and pleasant service. Rooms are clean and toilets are spacious. Athough Wi-Fi signal seems low but was OK!

Good stay in Jeju.
A good stay. Located in a strategic place as it took 30 mins~1 hour to the West and East. Besides that, there's also shopping places and McDonalds nearby for the customers' convenience. Staff was really helpful in explaining directions. The room was quite untidy, I also saw blood smeared on a wall, but there wasn't much to fuss about. Great stay.

I would return again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was in a good location for walking and was able to easily take a couple of taxi rides to nearby Seogwipo for activities I had planned there and was taken to Seogwipo two different ways so that I could see a lot of that area I would have otherwise missed. The hotel staff was very helpful with finding things that I needed and giving me maps to the area. I would most definitely return to Jeju and would again stay at Hotel Four Seasons.

Nice hotel with great location
The hotel was less than 10mins from the Jeju Airport. We booked a 1 single + 1 double and the rooms were fully equipped with the basic necessities (hairdryer, towels, mineral water). The owner is able to speak in Korean, Japanese, English and Mandarin which was very helpful. He even provided us a map with all the landmarks pointed out. Mineral water bottles are free from the fridge and there is a water dispenser in the lobby. There were a lot of restaurants, cafe, convenience stores, shops and famous chains like McDonalds, Paris Baguette, Starbucks etc within walking distance. There is also parking outside if you are renting a car.

A pleasant surprise!
A pleasant surprise at this budget hotel. We booked this for one night as we had a morning flight. We booked a twin room as it had a double bed, and so extra space with the additional bed. The buffet breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Room is quite spacious for 3 adults (1 double bed+1 single bed). The bathroom is big though there is not bath tub, and they look very like a home bathroom instead of those luxury hotel bathroom. Cons: There is no one to bring your luggage up to your room after check-in. No people to help you to bring your luggage to keep in their room before check-in time.

Location is not convenient to old jeju city
no room provided when check in. It's not convenient for guests to move to another hotel. However, staff are nice and provided good service.
