Unable to stay as host was unaware of booking

I am waiting for resolution regarding this listing, since we were unable to stay despite showing up at property; the property was listed on Vrbo website without host’s consent (host’s position), the host’s contact information on website is incorrect, and we were left to scramble. I request that we receive full refund of the payments made, thank you for your attention to this distressing matter.
