The room seemed like what someone thought would be a futuristic spaceship room in the 1990s, which made it a bit outdated; there was a in room desktop computer, which was completely unnecessary, until we realized we didn't have adapt its and used the USB ports to charge our phones. Special Korean toilet was a plus. We spent only a night in Jeju. Hotel room is big and the staff os friendly. We only ate at the restaurant opposite hotel and went ro Lotte Duty Free for a while as it closed early. The only difficult thing is that the staff could not speak English. It is difficult to communicate when we wanted an extra bed in the royal suite we booked.
