Please note that I rated my experience based on the price I have paid for my stay. I knew going in I was not paying for a 5-star hotel, so I was not expecting a 5-star experience. Yet, for what I paid for my stay we had a wonderful time there. They do try to take care of you while you are there and are always professional with my interactions with the staff. The rooms were clean and functional, with minor wear and tear from use. It is not neglected but can be done for a little renovation in the future. Length of Stay: 7 Nights Room: Queen Size Bed Pros: Parking is free and had no issues finding a spot. Shopping is nearby (Food/Bars and other shopping) Staff friendly and responsive Provides charging for electronic devices for all multiple types. Close to the airport Towels, shampoo, rinse, body soap provided in room. The park is nearby and has an outdoor workout area that is well maintained and used by residents. Cons: No electrical outlet near the bed (Would need an extension cord if needed for sleep aid equipment) only Electrical outlet accessible is to a surge protector. (This was not a problem for us) Wi-Fi turns on (Takes a minute or two to fully turn on) when card key in the switch port. Electrical outlet shuts off when card is not in the switch port (so unless you leave another card in the port your devices will not charge while you are gone) Street outside is narrow and can be busy in the evenings.

저번 달에 묵었는데 공항과 렌트카 근처라서 재방문했습니다 건물이 조금 오래됐지만 잠깐 잠만자고 이른시간에 공항으로 움직이기 좋았습니다 가격대비 만족합니다

#### 앉기만해도 삐걱삐걱 

침대에서 나무 삐걱삐걱 소리나고 곰팡이냄새나고 그냥 90년대 초반에 지어진것같은 인테리어에 테이블도 없고 벽에 물곰팡이 벽지 울어서 귀신 안나오는게 이상할정도 싼거 상관없이 시간이 너무 늦어서 공항근처 막 잡았더니 아주 후회 스러웠음

#### 가성비 좋은 호켈

가격에비해 괜찮았습니다. 좋았던점은 직원분이 친절하시고 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 뜨거운물도 잘나옵니다. 침구류는 저렴한것을 사용중이지만 가격을 생각하면 괜찮았습니다. 주차징은 좁고 주차가 힘드니 운전이 미숙하신분은 주차가 어려울수 있습니다. 편의점이 바로옆이라 편리했습니다.

#### 대중교통 끝내주게 좋은 가성비 좋은 숙박시설.

제주국제공항•신제주 번화가 인근, 시내버스 수시운행. 교통은 끝내주게 좋음. 주변경관 따지지 않고 혼자 숙박만 하기에 좋음. 아쉬운 점: 모기 있음. 에어컨 가동해도 달려드는 놈 있음. 에프킬라 비치되어 있지만, 모기 훈증기 비치했으면 함.

공항에서 가깝고 주변에 식당이 많음 주차할곳이 협소함 배달음식 반입 금지 방이 상당히 좁고 테이블에 티슈가 없어 아쉬움 혼자쓰는것은 문제가 없지만 둘이 쓰기엔 짐을 두거나 이동할 공간이 부족함 화장실은 청결한편 편의점이 바로 옆이라 급한 물건을 사기에 좋음
