The only negative I would say is that when we entered the main building we noticed a musty smell in the hallways. Not sure if it is older rugs or the woodwork but would have appreciated a fresher cleaner smell."

"Very nice stay overall. Booked a room with a deck and expected to be looking at a gorgeous mountain scene, not the parking area. On the bright side however, our room was next to a charging station, a pleasant perk for our Tesla! The room was small, but clean and had all the essentials. Coffee service great the first morning of our stay and a bit “slap dash” the second. The hallways were a bit noisy when guests came and went. The service team was professional and friendly. This property is very attractive and well situated on the Mountain Road in Stowe. They have a nice indoor pool and a sauna, which I enjoyed daily. This lodge is an excellent value for the price … and my wife and I would consider returning the next time we visit Stowe."
