You can find yourself relaxing on the beautiful deck while taking in all that nature has to offer or enjoying a cozy fire after a strenuous day of adventuring. This tiny cabin is exactly what your small group getaway needs when searching for an affordable getaway!

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (Standard coffee pot, microwave, etc.), Starlink WiFi, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, fire pit, TV with local channels, PacMan Plus Arcade, a sizable deck w/ outdoor furniture, and more!
- Sleeping Arrangements Include: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Living Room: Futon Bed | Loft: Sleeper Sofa. (Please view loft access ladder - could be too steep for some.)

- Fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos and conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal for the grill. Please purchase firewood locally.
- Dogs permitted with $50 fee per pet. (Dogs only; maximum 2 allowed. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.)
- 4WD is recommended during inclement weather, however you will find this location to be very easily accessible otherwise. Trailers prohibited.
- Near Red River Gorge! Anywhere from 30 - 45 minute drive to zip lines, horseback riding, rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, shopping, restaurants, and much more.
- There is camera surveillance on this property. You will see two cameras facing the front door, and two facing either direction in the back of the property.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
