Jefferson Ridge Trailhead

We were greeted by a friendly staff. The sweet young man that checked us in was so nice. There were 7 of us, he made the process so easy. We were early after getting off a cruise so our rooms were not ready, but our luggage was stored for us while we explored the city. Back to the young man & the staff. They were pleasant, helpful & did an excellent job taking care of us & others who were checking in. Please express our gratitude to them for doing a great job.

I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel staff handled my family's stay. My wife and son used the pool, but they were unreasonably kicked out of the changing area. As a result, my wife was forced to walk through the hotel wearing nothing but a towel. This treatment was completely unacceptable and humiliating for my family. I expect a serious explanation and an apology from the management.
