Very Bad Staff, Bad Communication, i'm trying to get the Hotel GM to write him, we moved to another hotel in the same day. I used this hotel before it was much better with a friendly staff.

Stayed almost 2 weeks, overall it’s average experience, no groceries around, you have to walk too far or get a a taxi to buy anything, first 4 days in suite then booked they Expedia for a week they ask me to move rooms coz of 47 SR difference !! Easily they could have kept me in the same room being with them as courtesy. Staff were working despite of them having a strong flu!!! Asked for electric socket extension they said we don’t have coz the second room no socket near the sofa !! Breakfast was average cake pastries were very dry as they kept them for couple of days. Staff members at the front office were stars specifically Saud, super friendly and extremely helpfu, also Razan was very accommodating and attentive.

I actually booked this hotel overt an offer for my honeymoon, I was amazed by the great service provided, smooth check in, clean rooms, comfortable large rooms, wonderful location, and great value. I was so glad to chose this hotel as am pretty sure that I will come back here again Thank you

EXCELLENT PRICE VALUE RATIO
Located very close to several restauratns and cafes, the hotel recepcion is very nice, breakfast delicious, and suites are very confortables.

لا تستعجل واذا انت قريب ادخل والق نظرة .
عطفاً على السعر يعتبر مقلب ولا يستحق هذا السعر مقارنةً بالفنادق الاخرى. بالاضافة الى انه المستهلكات مثل الماء والصابون وغيرها اذا انت خارج في نفس اليوم يقولون ما ينفع يعطونك شي مخجل .
