Disgusting breakfast, No housekeeping , 3 nights without towels, 10 times I asked , not clean , very noisy neighbors , warned many times no reaction , terrible experience for 185 USD per night

إستقبال محترم والموقع ممتاز والطاقم ودود جداً إنما عتبي على موقع هوتيلز وذلك لأنه لم يبين أن عند إستخدام كود الخصم يحرمني من الليالي المجانية عشرون ريال خصم مقابل 450 ريال ويتم حرماني من تجميع الليالي !!!!!!!؟؟؟ يفترض أن يكون شيء واضح للعملاء الدائمين وليس بعد الحجز والدفع يتم إشعاري بأنني لا استحق بسبب كود الخصم
