Bad experience
It was very bad experience as I waited more than an hour to find a room then they sent me to another building and I was surprised with room as the hotel was fully booked.

We had a strange experience where because we had forgotten to say 2 people will be using the room the checkin staff insisted that my husband get an upgrade for $80.00 if he wanted to stay in the same room. We had travelled 2.5 hours in severe rain and flooding, it was 1 a.m. and we were so tired and hungry and we were shocked to hear about the extra payment. Finally we told them we were husband and wife and the guy at the checkin said he would give us a courtesy upgrade and not charge for an extra person in the room. It was a most unpleasant experience.

I liked it overall and would go back They need to have a free shuttle like every respectable hotels and to leave the customers under the mercy of taxi drivers who jack up the prices outrageously They also need to have more garbage baskets in the room

Clean & quite, but I did not like the A/C. I also left the car to be taken to the basement parking. However, I was shocked when check out of the hotel and asked for my car. It was in the parking outside under direct sun the since morning.

I like the place, it's convenient to me and close to the airport, staff are friendly. High rate, blanket was in bad status and clearly needs to be changed, This hotel is close to the airport and should have a shuttle bus up and down for free or even in good rate.

Thanks to Mr Talat when i arrived he welcomed me warmly and gave me an upgrade for the room. The only was breakfast not international it’s manly limited and too much bags around also when we call to ask for any services they take too long to answer but they come fast.

enjoyed the stay.. only comment that staff wouldn’t take my shirt as I was told dry cleaning machine wasn’t working, eventually after many calls the problem was solved but It shouldn’t have taken all that time.
