"The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). "My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. Beautiful view outside, I wish we'd had more time there. They arranged a taxi for us on our way out, which we appreciated very much. "
