"Pool was not opened when it was advertised. That was the main reason why we booked at this hotel. Hotel lobby washrooms were closed. Room shower drainage was not functioning. We checked out early and went to another hotel that had a opened pool."

"This place should not even be advertised. I was given a room called non-smoking, and it smelled of old, stale smoke. On top of that I woke up during the night and the smell had gotten worse. I tried calling the front desk and only got "your call cannot be completed..." The walls are thin - in fact ..."
