Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 850 m, bus stop 6 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 6 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 3 km, rocky beach "Portitxol" 4 km. Surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 1.7 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
