Villa Llamedos Montgo Javea is a wonderful villa with a private pool and a privileged location in Jávea. The accommodation offers great comfort, a large outdoor garden with trees and a private pool. The comfort, tranquility and wonderful mountain views make this villa an ideal accommodation to spend a holiday with family or friends.
Accommodation
The villa in Jávea has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. The 272m² accommodation, very bright and cosy, is all on one level with very spacious rooms.
The villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa to relax, flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. The living room leads to a dining room with plenty of light and a large table to eat together. From the dining room, you can also access the independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls.
The villa has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom also with a double bed and the last one with two single beds. These bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, you can access the wonderful exterior, directly to a furnished covered terrace ideal for resting, from which stairs lead to the pool area with sun loungers and the barbecue and dining area. The garden with fruit trees and palm trees invites you to rest in the midst of nature.

The situation of the villa is ideal on a dead-end street and located in the Montgo neighbourhood, a quiet and sunny residential neighbourhood 7 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Arenal" and 4 km from the town of Jávea, where all services, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are located. 6 km from the "La Sella Golf" course, 63 km from the "Terra Mitica" theme park and located in an ideal area for children and near the sea.
Environment
On the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its lively marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf tennis, even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and its excellent restaurants make the most of it by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best of the day's catch. This is how Jávea combines the uniqueness and charm of a small Mediterranean town with the convenience of having all services nearby, from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants, bars and terraces

fabulous villa, very well equipped especially the kitchen. The pool was a good size and cleaned regularly, large gardens with fresh fruit on the trees. Great location with wonderful views of Montgo. no maids to change sheets and towelsdo a mid holiday clean, you do yourself......I'm on holiday!!! no problem, did'nt bother.

It is the second time we are renting the villa and it will not be the last. The villa is an architectural marvel. It is fully equipped, extremely quiet with a beautiful pool. There are several very good restaurants nearby. The service we received from Rock Rental was excellent. I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Wir sind schon das dritte Mal in diesem Traumhaus und werden wohl nächstes Jahr ein viertes Mal die Villa mieten. Die Lage mit der aussergewöhnlichen Sicht, der gepflegte Pool und die Ruhe sind eine Wohltat. Die Gegend ist nicht so dicht überbaut wie andere Regionen Javeas, man fühlt sich nicht durch die umliegenden Villen bedrängt. Gute Restaurants und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind in der Nähe und am Strand von Javea ist man mit dem Auto in zehn Minuten.

#### Dream villa in Javea
We enjoyed our stay (3 weeks) very much. The house is an architectural marvel. The beautiful garden is well kept and the large pool was cleaned once a week. There are quite a few excellent restaurants and a food market nearby. The beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes. We will certainly come again. A Nespresso machine would be helpful.
