Large, comfortable villa "Villa Preciosa". In the district of Castellans, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Grava" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Vétuste et malodorant

Si la maison est en effet spacieuse, bien sécurisée et dans un environnement calme (à 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Javéa), elle est vétuste, notamment les salles de bains qui sont à refaire de toute urgence : les sanitaires sont très usagés, l'émail des baignoires et lavabos est très écaillé offrant des sanitaires pleins de traces de rouille ! Mais ce qui a gâché notre séjour, se sont les odeurs permanentes de fosse sceptique !!! C'est vraiment dommage et décevant !!!

Casa nella media. Info non corrette!

La casa è vecchia ma ben tenuta. In una posizione non delle migliori. La parte buona è la piscina, anche se con sdraio vecchie e malconcie e due ombrelloni di cui uno distrutto. Ma la cosa meno piacevole sono le false informazioni sull'aria condizionata! LA CASA NON E' CONDIZIONATA! Solo il salone è condizionato con uno Split. Le tre camere e la cucina sono un forno!! Chi come me vuole dormire al fresco qui non puo' Ho dovuto comprare un ventilatore di tasca mia per dormire decentemente!

Nous avons loué la villa 15 jours en juillet 2021. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa correspond aux photos, elle est très bien équipée, la terrasse et la piscine sont magnifiques. Seuls bémols... les moustiques et la clim uniquement dans le salon. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de moustiquaire... heureusement parce que les nuits sont chaudes ! Le jardin se résume à des cailloux mais bien arboré. Javéa et ses environs sont super sympas. Le service Interhome au top.

Ubicación tranquila y agradable

Estancia agradable y tranquila, piscina con un buen mantenimiento,está impecable. La casa muy amplia,si bien la estancia de abajo está cerrada,el porche genial,para cenar y pasar momentos de relax,en general todo bien menos el colchón de la habitación principal y los mosquitos de la zona,que muerden,sobre todo a partir de las 18,30 h. hasta las 20h. Que aconsejo,se metan dentro de casa,luego hay,pero ya lo normal de el campo y el tiempo de calor. Por otra parte,el trato con la agencia muy buen

Decepcionante

Tuvimos algunos problemas de limpieza al llegar (presenté reclamación en customercare, además de la oficina local de interhome en Jávea). Además una cisterna no funcionaba. Por lo demás, la casa tiene alguna cosa buena (la piscina y el porche), pero en general todo está muy viejo y necesita una actualización importante.
