Très bien située : zone résidentielle calme, commerces à 5 mn, plage de sable à 10 mn. Confort de la maison correct, bonne literie, grande cuisine bien équipée. La clim dans le séjour est suffisante, nous l'avons peu utilisée. Les points positifs : la terrasse couverte, la piscine (non sécurisée), le grand terrain clos et arboré et un prix raisonnable. Zonnige tuin met een goed zwembad. Probleem was de stank die uit de ensuite badkamer kwam, een echte putlucht, die ook niet weg te krijgen was.
