Very large, very beautiful, comfortable villa "Pao", 2 storeys. In the district of Castellans, in the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.8 km from the sea, 3.8 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with shower and WC, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 2.3 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4.9 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava Port Javea" 3.8 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 3.8 km, sailing school 3.8 km, tennis 5.2 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
