In the district of La Lluca, in the resort 7 km from the centre of Javea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, marina 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 1 km, surf school 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
