Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Aika", 2 storeys. In the district of La Marina, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant, café 600 m, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 3.5 km. Surf school 3.5 km, tennis 1.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
