Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Bumpy motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 5.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 10 km.
