This modern and bright apartment, fully equipped, has 93 m² and capacity for up to 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with shower, distributed on a single floor, offering a comfortable and functional stay for both families and couples.



Upon entering the dwelling, we find a spacious open-plan area where the fully equipped American kitchen integrates with the living-dining room, creating a spacious, welcoming and very bright environment thanks to its large windows. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV and direct access to a pleasant private terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast or relaxing outdoors with views of the garden and common areas.



A hallway distributes the rest area. First, there is a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to a second private terrace. Opposite this room is a full bathroom with shower. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the same private terrace, providing an intimate and very comfortable space.



The American vitreous ceramic kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The accommodation also has air conditioning and heat pump heating in all rooms, free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hair dryer for an even more comfortable stay.

The property is very well located just 500 metres from the centre of Jávea, in an ideal area for families. Playa de la Grava is 1 kilometre away and Playa del Arenal, with its fine sand, is 3 kilometres away. Its location allows you to easily enjoy all the services, restaurants, shops and leisure activities, as well as water sports such as swimming, diving, sailing and fishing.
