We are happy new owner of Casa Clara, a charming villa with 4 bedrooms. Located in the quiet area of Javea. Just a few minutes' drive from the Arenal beach, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, the Villa is located on the prestigious La Cala development, adjacent to the green zone with beautiful pine trees. At a glance: Air Conditioning, Parking, Private swimming Pool, quiet. The Villa is on the modern urbanization of La Cala and has mains water, gas, electricity, and sewerage, together with central heating for winter stays and air-conditioned bedrooms. Cable TV and WIFI. The villa has a 10 x 5-meter private pool. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The Lounge has comfortable seating for 6, and entertainment is provided with cable TV. A separate dining room is available. The villa has four large bedrooms on 1 level. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. - there is the Master bedroom suite with a king-size bed with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, en-suite shower room - one bedroom with double bed with an en-suite shower room - two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds and close by a bathroom with a bath. each bathroom has its own toilet. the living room has direct access to the Naya. Kitchen: All the modern facilities you would expect include fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, juice machine, toaster, with cutlery and crockery. There is a separate utility room housing the freezer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Outside The villa is on a quiet area adjacent to the green zone. The Naya leads onto a terrace with sun loungers, where there is a private 10x5 meter pool, with underwater lighting for night swimming. The terrace also incorporates a separate BBQ house with plancha, sink and worktop, and a pool shower and toilet. The villa has a large driveway for at least 3 cars with an electric gate. Access by an automatic gate to the drive and a secure pedestrian gate. the garden is fully landscaped with areas to relax, with extra tables and chairs. Outside the house is the Naya, a covered terrace with lighting and table and chairs for 6 and can be extended to 8 perfect for dining.
The price is inclusive of pool and garden maintenance, the end-of-rental clean A basic welcome pack is provided on demand and your stay (additional cost) will be supported by our local management company, he will provide you all the information for your stay. All bed linen, towels for bathroom use are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Changeover days may be flexible. Access on arrival is from 16:00 - 21:00 and we request the villa is vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Lovely property, very clean and great communication with the owner and property manager. Only negative was there was only 4 sunbeds and we were a party of six and would have been nice to have a linen change after the first week but appreciate this would add to the cost of the villa. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Javea, the location is beautifully private and quiet with an excellent size pool and well equipped villa. There are numerous restaurants at Javea and Moraira which offer food for all tastes and for the active plenty of water sports available.
Second time for us and we stayed longer as last time.
Perfect when you want space , trips to Xabia , Moraira , Valencia .
Good fish , nice restaurants ( Los Limoneros in Moreira was excellent )
Play golf and just walk around .

As regular villa renters - I can honestly say that this is amongst one of the best properties that we have stayed in!The villa was spotlessly clean & had everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Little extras such as the pool towels, hand wash in the bathrooms, condiments in the kitchen & even pools floats & a yoga mat are extremely rare in rental properties. We have been charged for bedding & electricity in the past, so it was refreshing to have these extra little items as standard. Les, the property manager was really helpful & responsive, but not overbearing & the laidback approach to handover day was much appreciated. The pool is a great size & is well maintained & all of the air con units work really well, which again can be an issue in rental properties. I would highly recommend this lovely villa & can’t wait to book again!
We were a group of 8 looking for a nice Villa to chill and explore from in Xàbia. We definitely found the right place!
Media Luna was perfect for us. The villa is based in a very quiet location in Portixol (you will 100% need a car to get around). The villa isn't far from a number of good beaches and coastal spots, but as the villa is based very high up in a forest/pine area you'll need a car to drive down to the main areas (Arenal, Portixol beach, Xàbia Port, Granadella). You can walk to a number of restaurants, cafes, shops without the car (we liked 'Casa De La Pizza').
The house was well equipped, great kitchen (with everything you need), awsome outdoor kitchen and sink, good number of bathrooms, towels, amazing swimming pool, garden, lounge/front room, TV with Netflix/ Disney options, WiFi, speakers and lots more.

I think the front room and kitchen would benefit having mosquito nets so windows and doors can be left open for breeze during the evenings. Two keys for the electric car gate would be helpful especially if two families are staying onsite. Other than that we'd have no complaints.
We'd definitely return and recommend friends and family to stay here.

La petite ville de Xabia et son marché sont très sympa, avec de très bons fruits.
Nous avons été séduit par le micro climat de cette région.
Et la piscine a 31 degré mais quel régal.
Toute la famille a adoré, nous pensons fortement revenir !
