  • Lovely single-storey house in the sought-after Costa Nova district. Living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge area for warm days or evenings. Swimming pool and flower garden.
    The house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the dining/living room.
    Plancha, wifi (FIBRE⚡200Mbps⚡), TV, BOSE Touch, ChromeCast, household linen provided, as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.
    Very quiet area, Granadella nature park at the end of the street.
    The beaches, the Arenal and all the shops are just a few minutes away by car. Sports: numerous possibilities - golf, cycling, kayaking, paddle, tennis, etc...
    Rental only from Saturday to Saturday between June and September.
