Located in the exclusive residence of Monte Salonica, it offers a communal swimming pool and great tranquillity. It is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Segundo Montañar and 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities. Accommodation This comfortable, spacious and bright duplex apartment has 135 m² and is distributed over three levels. The apartment with capacity for 6 people has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped and carefully decorated. On the main floor is the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a beautiful covered terrace.
