This charming 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for families and couples looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place for their holidays. Located in a privileged location, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Arenal and the rocky beach of Primer Montañar.
Accommodation
This modern, bright and cosy apartment has 110 m² and capacity for up to 4 people.
Distributed over three levels, on the first floor it offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with appliances, such as fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. On this floor there is also a practical toilet and the living room, which has a dining area and a comfortable sofa, television, and free WiFi. From here, access is gained to a spacious terrace with outdoor dining and views of the garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.
On the second floor, the two bedrooms are carefully decorated to ensure rest. Both have air conditioning and heating. The 2 complete bathrooms, both with bathtub, ensure comfort for all guests. Finally, on the third floor one can enjoy a wonderful solarium terrace.
This apartment also includes air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms, as well as two additional fans for greater comfort. In the common areas you will find a large community pool surrounded by gardens, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun.

#### Lovely place, perfect location
This is an exceptional 3 levels apartment with a terrace on the top floor. It has everything you could wish for. Perfect for the family. There was an issue with the broadband over the weekend which was resolved on Monday. This was a small inconvenience for us.

We had stayed at this Las Dunas apartment 16 months ago and wondered if it would be as we remembered it. We needn’t have worried, it was just as clean, comfortable and as welcoming as it was then. Nothing, everything was as described and as we expected.
