Minor problems with blocked toilets sorted very quickly by management company. Stunning views and close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. We walked to and from Javea Old Town as well, although that is much further. The Old Town and its Food Market were a real highlight. The Villa is a great size with plenty of surrounding garden space and a large pool. There were 13 in our group (7 adults, and 6 children of varying ages) and everyone was more than happy. The large balcony upstairs that wraps around the majority of the Villa is a lovely place to have breakfast or enjoy wine in the evening while watching the sunset behind the mountain. The decor is very tired and is long overdue to be updated. The air conditioning is only available in the 3 bedrooms and living room located upstairs. The 3 bedrooms and living area downstairs do not have any air conditioning. We had a great stay and would recommend but hope that the owners make the necessary improvements so that future guests have an even better and more comfortable stay. ##### Paul D.
