The villa boasts a generously proportioned south-facing terrace featuring a 10m x 5m private pool, ensuring complete privacy as it is not overlooked. The 'Pool Area' basks in sunlight for a full 10 hours each day, creating an idyllic space for sunbathing without the concern of prying eyes.   
  
The garden unfolds in a breathtaking display of beauty, adorned with abundant flowers that create a vibrant tapestry of colours. Tucked away within this enchanting landscape is a hidden gazebo, a secluded haven offering tranquillity and serenity for those seeking a peaceful retreat.   
  
For added convenience during lunchtime, a spacious poolside BBQ area is thoughtfully provided, allowing you to stay close to your sunbed. The gas BBQ, along with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, is designed for poolside alfresco dining and quality moments with family and friends. Additionally, an independent, well-appointed kitchen is available for your culinary convenience.   
  
Villa Verano's grand lounge, with a large dining table, opens onto an outdoor terrace with views of the pool and garden as well as the sea and coastline, creating a seamless 'outside in' experience.
