In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 600 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
