From each room to the sea side and from the garden you have a spectacular view of the sea and the bay of Javea. The port of Javea with shops, restaurants and the beach and the old town are within walking distance. The main beach of Javea (Arenal) can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The holiday home is very large and spacious with a private garden and infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Javea. You can dine al fresco on the terrace while enjoying the view of the sea. On the ground floor you will find next to the entrance a large open living and dining room, from which you can look at the sea. Comfortable seating and a large wooden table with 8 chairs are available. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. All windows in the living area range from floor to ceiling; Sliding doors open to the south overlooking garden and terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with appliances from Siemens and WMF: oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other small appliances. The coffee machine (Saeco) guarantees delicious coffee enjoyment. Pots and pans, cutlery / dishes and glasses are sufficiently available. Washer and dryer are available for use. Even from the kitchen you have on the one hand direct access to the garden and breakfast on the terrace and on the other hand to the patio, which is the heart of every Spanish house. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a king size bed (box spring, 1.80m) and a private bathroom (with walk-in shower overlooking the sea). The toilet is in the bathroom, but spatially separated with a door. The highlight is the very spacious, walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow unobstructed views of the sea. Also from the master bedroom you have access to the garden and pool via a sliding door. Another large double room with king size bed (box spring, 1.80m), an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower) and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. Here you will also find a walk-in wardrobe for your clothes. A guest toilet is located in the hall next to the front door made of heavy Spanish wood. Also in the hall you will find a built-in wardrobe in which the wardrobe is housed. The first floor has two more bedrooms, each with very spacious fitted wardrobes. The comfortable hotel beds (box spring) are each 1.80 m wide. Enjoy the view of the Bay of Javea from the bed. One of the bedrooms has access to a roof terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea. Also on the first floor are a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In the hall you can relax in a spacious lounge and watch TV. For your well-being, you will find high-quality care products from Molton Brown at your disposal. The bedrooms have air conditioning; the entire house can be heated by the underfloor heating. The garden has a 55sqm infinity pool with stunning views of the sea. The pool is at the entrance 80cm deep and at the lowest point 2.00m. On the south-facing terrace you will find a garden table and chairs as well as the gas grill - ideal for al fresco dining. Sun loungers leave nothing to be desired. The view is incredible and the house location is nice and quiet but in striking distance of the Old Town and the Port. The house and pool are spotless. It has absolutely everything you need - a well equipped gym, three different living areas and superb bbq/outdoor kitchen . It is very spacious but still has a homely feel to it. Spectacular views. The property is fairly new and large with a nice pool and many different outdoor spaces. Inside there is five spacious bedrooms, a nice living room and a very well equipped kitchen. A training room with thread mill, bench w/weights and a multi-strength machine is an additional bonus.The walk down to the old town is approx 10-15 minutes down a fairly good path.Parking inside is very narrow for two medium size cars. Expect to use a car for shopping, beach visits etc. The communication with the hosts and the rental agency was very smooth, using Whatsapp for messaging. There is also a lot of printed information in the house, describing the city and its surrounding as well as the development of the property. ##### Jorunn N. Everything was well thought of and well equipped. The views were wonderful from every direction, to the mountains, the valley and the sea. We enjoyed walking to the charming old town every morning to get fresh bread as it was a very short walk from the villa. The port area is less than a five minute drive and it's bustling with restaurants and sea side tavernas. Javea had everything you can wish for in a sea side town. We found everything to be at a high standard. My wife, our three children and I were very grateful to have spent our holiday here. Nathi and Jorg were very pleasant to deal with and everything went without any hassle. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war total nett und unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr spät gelandet und bei unserer Ankunft war es dunkel. Wir fuhren einen Hügel hinauf durch eine Villengegend. Dank der guten Wegbeschreibung und der sehr gut beleuchteten Aussenalage der Casa, haben wir den Weg zum Haus problemlos gefunden. Alles war vorbereitet und wir konnten uns sofort wohlfühlen. Die schöne Beleuchtung des Anwesens und besonders des Pools sorgte abends generell für eine extrem behagliche Stimmung. Am ersten Morgen waren wir überwältigt von dem Blick auf die Bucht von Javea und das Meer. Den genießt man übrigens auch im unteren Stockwerk dank der großen Glasfronten und auf der Terrasse. Aus dem Esszimmerbereich schaut man abends auf eine beleuchtete Kapelle - total stimmungsvoll. Besonders unsere Kinder haben den Infinity Pool geliebt! Praktisch: Im Garten gibt es direkt eine Dusche mit Warmwasser. Selbst Anfang November hatten wir noch Poolwetter. Abends reichte auf der Terrasse ein leichter Pulli. Die Casa ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Nach Javea kann man laufen. Strandzugänge und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Der Anstieg auf dem Rückweg ist dann eher sportlich. Die erhabene Lage und der tolle Blick haben eben ihren Preis. Javea ist eine wunderschöne alte Stadt mit netten Restaurants. Diese findet man aber auch in großer Zahl an der Strandpromenade. Uns hat besonders ein Restaurant im "Ibiza Style" am Hafen gefallen. Das Cala Bandida. Mega kinderfreundlich. Auf der Terasse sitzt man direkt über dem Meer. Am Hafen gibt es aber auch die Möglichkeit, fangfrischen Fisch zu kaufen. Den haben wir dann abends auf dem neuen Gasgrill der Casa zubereitet und auf der Terasse bei einem schönen Glas Wein genossen. Das war immer so schön, dass wir, trotz zahlreicher Möglichkeiten,nur einmal zum Essen auswärts waren. Den "Ibiza Style" findet man genauso auch in der Casa. In Kombination mit der sehr hochwertigen modernen Einrichtung genial.Die Bilder ermöglichen schon einen guten Eindruck, werden aber der Großzügigkeit des Hauses nicht gerecht. Die muss man erleben. Unser Fazit: ein großartiger Urlaub in einem großartigen Haus! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, denn in der Umgebung gibt es noch viel zu entdecken.
