Close to the Arenal beach and the neighbouring marina, it is the perfect holiday home for guests looking to be a short distance from the beach, restaurants, bars and cafés. The Altamar III complex offers a beautiful swimming pool and garden area, with many tall palm trees and tropical plantations. The apartment rental includes an underground private parking space, which facilitates car entry and exit. Inside the apartment, the bright living-dining room with an adjacent covered balcony offers dinners indoors or outdoors, and comfortable seating in front of the Smart TV. The bright bedrooms offer quality mattresses and built-in wardrobes, perfect for hiding the mess! JH Loves: the elegant interiors, the comfortable beds and the central location of Jávea. JH Advice: The Colibrí is located super close to Altamar Cielo and La Kalma, and these two are in the same complex. If you come with family, booking two or all of them can be a good option! Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
