Located in the isolated and sought-after area of Cabo de la Nao, not far from the lighthouse or the famous coves of Granadella and Portichol, the location is accessible to all the main attractions of Jávea, while providing guests with the freedom and privacy of a large private residence. Divided into two independent dwellings. The main house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor pool terrace. An open-plan kitchen/dining area, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and an outdoor balcony with chill-out chairs and impressive forest views. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units. In the exterior and descending a short flight of stairs, the second part of the house consists of a central living room, two large bedrooms, a shared shower room and an open-plan corner kitchen-diner. A large air conditioning unit in the living room effectively cools the rooms in this space. Would you like to have breakfast outdoors? Grab a coffee and a croissant and head to the covered gazebo, located at the edge of the garden, to enjoy the views of the forest and the sounds of local birds. Back upstairs, the pool terrace and covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue are the perfect place for the whole family to gather. Die schöne Architektur mit allen Details, die einzelnen Wohn - und Schlafbereiche sowie der Lounge - und Poolbereich haben uns begeistert. Auch die liebevolle Aussenanlage mit den grossen Palmen und Steingärten sind wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen mit Grillen und warmen Abenden mit Bier und Wein.
