Modern new building holiday apartment directly on the sandy beach of Javea, Arenal, for max. 4-5 persons. Brisas del Arenal is a modern residential complex (3rd row to the sea) and was completed in July 2018\. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a beautiful terrace that offers direct access to the pool area and communal areas. The apartment has been completely new equiped and offers quality furniture, as well as a very modern kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and all amenities such as central air conditioning, high speed internet connection, Blutooth loudspeaker, TV, etc . The apartment provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is the ideal location to spend wonderful holidays by the sea and the beach. The sandy beach of Javea, El Arenal, with its boulevard, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and discotheques, can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Other restaurants, pharmacy, bank, mini golf, children's park, hairdresser, etc. in max. 5 minutes walk. However, the residential complex is quiet enough to be screened by the tourist area, ensuring quiet, relaxing evenings on the beautiful furnished terrace.
