Es ist ruhig, abgeschieden und doch nahe de ... Die Lage des Hauses ist erstaunlich. Es ist ruhig, abgeschieden und doch nahe dem Zentrum von Jávea. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und typisch spanisch. Der Pool ist unglaublich groß. Die ersten Augenblicke im und um das Haus herum waren wir von seiner Schönheit fasziniert. Nach genauerem Hinsehen und einer ersten Nacht Schlaf stellten wir allerlei Mängel fest und wandten uns an die Hausverwaltung. 4 der 7 von uns angesprochenen Probleme wurden nicht behoben. Wir sind davon enttäuscht. Um ganz ehrlich zu sein, würden wir diese Villa keinem unserer Freunde oder Familienangehörigen empfehlen, und das ist der Grund. Wir waren für 16 Tage dort und es wurde nur ein Satz Handtücher pro Person bereitgestellt. Und nachdem wir danach gefragt hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir für frische Handtücher extra bezahlen müssten. Dies wird in der Beschreibung der Villa nicht erwähnt und die Verwendung eines Handtuchs 16 Tage hintereinander ist nicht hygienisch. Wir haben beschlossen, sie selbst zu waschen, aber für den gesamten Stromverbrauch müssen Sie am Ende Ihres Aufenthalts bezahlen. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert, was großartig ist. Aber das Design der Villa auf der Website ist veraltet. Es gibt kein Bad mehr. Und die neue Dusche ist wunderschön, aber es kommt kaum Wasser heraus und außerdem funktioniert die Handbrause nicht richtig, sodass mehr Wasser durch den Schlauch läuft als aus dem Duschkopf. Wir haben dies dem Hausverwalter gemeldet und dieser wurde einfach ignoriert. Wir wollten selbst etwas kochen und stellten fest, dass nur einer der vier Gasbrenner des Herdes funktionierte. Die anderen drei funktionieren nicht. Wieder haben wir dies dem Hausverwalter gemeldet, und wieder wurde es ignoriert. Vier der sieben Sonnenliegen am Pool sind kaputt. Das größte Manko ist der kaputte Lattenrost auf einer Seite des Bettes im Hauptschlafzimmer. Sie haben versucht, es mit Klebeband zu reparieren, aber jedes Mal, wenn man sich auf das Bett legt, reißt es. Wir können nicht in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, weil wir ein 5 Monate altes Baby haben, das mit uns im Zimmer schläft, und kein anderes Zimmer groß genug ist, um das Babybett neben uns aufzustellen. Die Villa ist wunderschön, braucht etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Der Boden könnte ersetzt werden. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Der Strom ging einige Male aus. Das WiFi am Pool ist sehr schwach. Sehr wenig Platz für Toilettenartikel. Schrank voller Spiele zur Verfügung, enthält auch Bücher. Spaß! Schöne Küche mit hoher Arbeitsplatte. Feine Waschmaschine. Der Kühlschrank ist knifflig: Was Sie unten stellen, friert ein. Es riecht besonders, aber der Terrassenbelag muss dringend ersetzt werden. Eine der Kacheln der Stufe ist sogar völlig locker. Wir haben diese gefährliche Situation gelöst, indem wir einen Sonnenschirm darauf gelegt haben, damit wir nicht versehentlich darauf stehen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie niederländisches Fernsehen haben!
